New Polish. 7 Course Dinner by Marcin Gancarczyk & Julia Bosski

Julia Bosski, jazz singer, chef and progenitor of the polish cultural new wave and Marcin Gancarczyk, magician chef, former Noma apprentice, Patissier, former Chef at Bandol, 3 Minutes, Dudu, Rutz (and more)…invite you for a special polish Dinner, where we will transform traditional polish dishes into pieces of Art.

Polish Thursdays already collaborated with Marcin in Berlin and in Warsaw during one of the dinners at restaurant Dyletanci

The excellent food will be paired with finest wines and liqors from Poland..

If Julia is in the mood she also may sing a song..or two .
