New Polish x Cordobar. Dinner by Waal Sterneberg&Julia Boss
A very special Polish Thursday Dinner taking place in the secret room of Cordobar, cult institution of Berlin“s gastronomy scene. It’s also my favorite place in this town, „my second home“, where i spent much too much time already and kind of became already partly austrian i guess. End of june, we PTD AND CORDOBAR will team up to throw a glorious feast celebrating Austrian- Dutch-German and of course POLISH Freundschaft.
We will provide you magic liqors, amazing food, exclusive atmosphere and hell loads of fun.
Menu was created by Juia & Waal and will be composed of best quality local products from around Berlin and Poland.
Wine will be selected by the master of the house- Willi Schlögl.

2.Mackerel, Fennel escabèche, bbq pepper, mint

3.White Asparagus, Rhubarb, verveine, haselnut, polish smoked cheese from Tatra mountains
(Weisse Spargel, Rhabarber, Verveine und Haselnuss, Polnische Bergkkäse)
4. Beef Tartare, smoked herring, pickles, sourdough rye bread from BONA Kollektiv
(Beef Tatar, geräuchertem fisch, pickles, Schwarzbrot)
5.Lamb, Cucumber, camomile, cured lemon
(Lamms Nacken, Gurke, kamille mit eingelegte Zitrone)
6.Pavlova with legendary wine DonPX Gran Reserva 1987 (gold medal and trophy for the best dessert wine at MundusVini contest 2016).from our dear friend Pawel Gruntowski from Bodegas Toro Albalá
