Piedmont Pop-Up at dóttir | May 9 – 20

For two weeks, from May 9–20, dóttir goes Piedmontese. Sous chef Andrea Iannicella, who comes from the Langhe region of Piedmont in northern Italy, will create a contemporary menu based on traditional family recipes. The focus is on simple Italian country food, with a lot of seasonal produce and meat every now and then, when hunting is bountiful. Served with oil from the olive trees of Iannicella’s family and home-baked bread. Sommelier Patrick Wentzel is putting together a unique wine menu with pairings, great and rather unknown Piedmontese wines. A strictly vegetarian menu will also be offered.
