Secret Vegan Supper

A special menu to welcome spring and highlight the delicious tender vegetables and fruits available. Come and awaken your senses after a long winter and enjoy an evening of delicious food and good company.
The menu is seasonal, organic, and local. The wines chosen compliment each course.

Menu:

surprise amuse bouche

New England chowder soup
-butter potato, carrot, celeriac, shiitake mushroom, oyster mushroom, nori, cauliflower, white wine topped with dijon garlic croutons

Lemon caper salad
-baby lettuce, lemon supremes, caper, vinaigrette
Seared artichoke cakes
-artichoke heart, shallot, celery, red pepper

Spring vegetable ragout
-asparagus, radish, pea, young carrot, leek, fiddle heads, ramps with garlic confit and a bed of creamy herb polenta

Riesling poached pear and chocolate galette with vanilla cashew cream
